Rebecca Judd has been sharing daily workout videos to Instagram while in lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic.

But the 37-year-old footy WAG raised eyebrows on Thursday when she demonstrated a rather bizarre-looking Pilates exercise.

She lay face down on her bedroom floor with her forehead resting on a pillow while lifting her arms slightly off the ground.
