Abstract


LatarBelakang: Fluor Albus bukan suatu penyakit tapi bisa merupakan gejala dari sebuah penyakit. Fluor Albus harus dicegah karena jika diabaikan dapat berakibat fatal sehingga penyebab pasti perlu diketahui terutama pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh paket edukasi vaginal hygiene terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku pencegahan flour albus pada remaja putri di SMAS Adhyaksa 1 Kota Jambi Tahun 2019.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan design penelitian Pre Exsperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi yang ada di SMAS Adhyaksa 1 Kota jambi yang berjumlah 204. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22-24 juli 2019. Teknik sampling penelitian yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu dengan proposional random sampling dengan jumlah 52 sampel. Paket edukasi tentang Vaginal Hygiene diberikan melalui ceramah, demonstrasi langsung menggunakan phantom serta pemberian booklet.Hasil:Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh Paket Edukasi Vaginal Hygiene terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku remaja terhadap pencegahan Fluor Albus P value = 0.000. Paket Edukasi meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku remaja putri dan membantu remaja untuk memahami pencegahan terjadinya Fluor Albus.Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Paket Edukasi Vaginal Hygiene terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku remaja terhadap pencegahan Fluor Albus.

Background : Albus Flour is not a disease but can be a symptom of an illness. Albus fluids must be prevented because if ignored can have fatal consequences so the exact cause needs to be known especially in adolescents. This study aims to examine the effect of vaginal hygiene education packages on knowledge, attitudes and behavior to prevent albus flour in adolescent girls at Adhyaksa 1 High School in Jambi City in 2019. Method : Experimental with one group pretest - posttest design. The population in this study were all students in the Adhyaksa 1 High School, jambi city, amounting to 204. This research was conducted on 22-24 July 2019. The research sampling technique used was probability sampling, with proportional random sampling with 52 samples. The education package on Vaginal Hygiene is given through lectures, direct demonstrations using phantom and booklets.Result : The results showed there was an influence of the Vaginal Hygiene Education Package on adolescent knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the prevention of Flour Albus P value = 0.000. The Education Package enhances the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of young women and helps youth to understand the prevention of the Flour Albus Conclution : The results showed that there was an influence of the Vaginal Hygiene Education Package on adolescent knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the prevention of Flour Albus.
