Abstract
The purpose of this study to find out and analyze the legal relationship between the graduates of the Notary Masters who are apprenticed in the Notary Public Office with the Notary recipient of the internship. To find out and analyze about legal protection for graduates of the Notary Masters  who take part in an internship at the Notary Public Office. The method used in this study is normative juridical andthere are two approaches, namely legislation and conceptual. The results of this study indicate that: The form of legal relationship between graduates of the Notary Masters  who are apprenticed at the Notary Public Office and Notary recipients of internship based on the agreement. There are two legal relationship models, namely: the pure apprenticeship model and the apprenticeship model as workers in a Notary Office, such as apprentices regulated in labour law. Graduates of the Notary Masters who take part in an apprenticeship at the Notary Office is also required to be supervised by the Regional Supervisory Council or Regional Supervisory Council so that they get protection.
