Abstract
In today technology era, many businesses can be developed and promoted with the help of technology, one of the travel business. Travel business has become easy to develop because of the technological ease, ranging from information needed by customers such as travel routes or in facilitating the booking transaction, as well as other facilities. In this case PT Jasamalindo still use the manual way in the process of transaction such as the format mismatch between the ticket order by the customer with the bench number selected and the departure time so that the difficulty in checking Passenger data, there are numbers of non-compliant bench and departure hours are not reported, and a variety of ineffectiveness and other effectiveness arising from the system is still manual. Therefore, it takes a system of information that can provide accurate reports, and good archiving so that if the leader needs can be obtained effective information, right and fast to the leader

Abstrak
Pada era teknologi sekarang ini banyak usaha yang bisa dikembangkan dan di promosikan dengan bantuan teknologi, salah satunya usaha travel. Bisnis travel menjadi mudah berkembang karena kemudahan teknologi, mulai dari informasi yang dibutuhkan pelanggan seperti rute perjalanannya maupun dalam memudahkan transaksi pemesanan tiket perjalanan, serta kemudahan lainnya. Dalam hal ini PT Jasamalindo masih menggunakan cara yang manual dalam proses transaksinya seperti terjadi ketidaksesuaian format antara pesanan tiket oleh pelanggan dengan nomor bangku yang di pilih serta jam keberangkatan sehingga kesulitan dalam pengecekan data penumpang, terdapat nomor-nomor bangku dan jam keberangkatan yang tidak sesuai tidak di laporkan,dan berbagai ketidakefektifan dan keefesienan lain yang timbul karena sistem yang dipakai masih manual. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang bisa memberikan laporan yang akurat, dan pengarsipan yang baik sehingga bila pimpinan membutuhkan bisa didapatkan informasi yang efektif, tepat dan cepat kepada pimpinanKeywords
