FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KOMPLIKASI ANGKA KEMATIAN IBU BERDASARKAN METODE PATH ANALYSIS DI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

Abstract : Path analysis is used to analyze the pattern of the relationship between variables, with the aim to determine the direct and indirect influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.This method is used to analyze the cause and effect involving many variables such complications. Many variables affect the complication of AKI but not easy to find a more dominant variable because it will cause problems multikolinearitas. So rather than it used path analysis which aims to analyze the effect on the incidence of AKI complications in the model relationship between variables that are causality. The purpose of this research to the application of the path analysis on factors affecting the complications of AKI in East Java province. This study is a non-reactive using secondary data SUSENAS and East Java Provincial Health Profile 2014 in all districts / cities in East Java using path analysis. Sampling using total sampling. The results of path analysis showed that there is influence of variables woman who married at age <17 years (p = 0.020; β = 0.472), parity (p = 0.016; β = 0.389), birth attendance by non-medical (p = 0.003; β = 0.489) on the incidence of complications. Upon further review birth attendance by non-medical personnel (β = 0.489) significantly affect complication. It is expected to use this path analysis, competent health workers can improve service and assistance to all pregnant women for early detection of high risk pregnancy.

Abstrak : Path Analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Metode ini digunakan untuk menganalisis sebab akibat yang melibatkan banyak variabel seperti komplikasi. Banyak variabel yang mempengaruhi komplikasi AKI tetapi tidak mudah untuk menemukan variabel yang lebih dominan karena akan menimbulkan multikolinearitas. Maka digunakan path analysis yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh terhadap kejadian komplikasi AKI dalam model hubungan antar variabel yang bersifat kausalitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan penerapan analisis jalur pada faktor yang mempengaruhi komplikasi AKI di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bersifat non reaktif dengan menggunakan data sekunder SUSENAS dan Profil Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2014 di seluruh kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur menggunakan analisis jalur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling.  Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara variabel wanita yang menikah pada usia <17 tahun (p=0,020; β= 0,472), paritas (p=0,016; β= 0,389), penolong persalinan oleh non medis (p= 0,003; β= 0,489) terhadap  kejadian komplikasi. Setelah dikaji lebih lanjut penolong persalinan oleh tenaga non medis (β= 0,489) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komplikasi. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan yang berwenang dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan pendampingan kepada seluruh ibu hamil untuk mendeteksi secara dini kehamilan resiko tinggi.
